1. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) for the ASB × Xero AI Bootcamp (the “Programme”), you agree to the following:

Eligibility: You confirm that you are:
● NZ-registered company owner, director, or authorised employee.
● NZ resident aged 18+

● Able to commit to the full programme

Selection Process: Submission of an EOI does not guarantee a place in the Programme. ASB and Xero will conduct a screening and validation process to select participants. All decisions regarding selection are final.

Data Sharing: You acknowledge and agree that the information provided in this form will be shared between ASB Bank Limited (ASB), Xero Limited (Xero), and academyEX Education Limited Partnership for the purposes of:
●  Verifying your eligibility and screening your application.
● Communicating with you regarding the status of your EOI.
● Onboarding you to the learning platform if your application is successful.
● Communicating with you about the ASB + Xero AI Bootcamp, including reminders, session details and feedback requests.
● Measuring the impact and success of the Programme.

For Successful applicants, ASB and Xero may use your contact details provided in this form to send you updates, for marketing communications in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Event Participation and Programme Terms: Participation in the Programme and its live sessions is limited to one spot per business, and all participants must continue to meet any applicable eligibility requirements set by ASB, Xero and academyEX.

● ASB, Xero and academyEX reserve the right to change, reschedule, postpone or cancel any part of the Programme or any live session at any time.
● The Programme is provided for educational purposes only and is intended to support learning and capability building; it does not provide professional, financial, legal, tax, technology or other advice, and you should not rely on Programme content as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
● Participation in the Programme does not guarantee any particular business, financial, operational or other outcome.
● To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, ASB, Xero and academyEX exclude liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with your participation in, or reliance on, the Programme or its content, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
● Participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout the Programme, and ASB, Xero and academyEX reserve the right to refuse, suspend or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with the purpose of the Programme.
● These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with the Programme are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Programme Commitment: If selected, you agree to make all reasonable efforts to complete the 4-week self-guided Foundations course by 3 July in order to unlock the 8-week live bootcamp phase starting 6 July.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Consent

Your Privacy Matters

This Programme is a collaborative initiative between ASB, Xero, and academyEX. We are committed to protecting your personal and business information.

Information Collection and Use:

The information you provide in the EOI form (including your name, email, business name, and industry details) is collected by academyEX on behalf of ASB and Xero. This information is used specifically to manage and deliver the ASB × Xero AI Bootcamp, including reviewing applications, communicating about the programme and related information, and measuring its impact. academyEX will not use your personal information collected via this form to market its own unrelated programmes or services to you.

Consent to Share Information:

By clicking "Submit Expression of Interest," you provide your express consent for:

  1. academyEX to share your EOI details with ASB and Xero to validate your customer status and eligibility, and to help administer and deliver the Programme.
  2. ASB and Xero to share back with academyEX the outcome of their screening (i.e., whether you are approved to join the Programme), and relevant information needed to support your participation.
  3. All three parties to share aggregated, de-identified data for reporting and analytical purposes to improve future business support initiatives in Aotearoa.
  4. For Successful applicants, ASB and Xero may use your contact details provided in this form to send you updates, for marketing communications in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Storage and Access:

Your data will be stored securely by academyEX in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access and request the correction of any personal information held about you by contacting academyEX at privacy@academyex.com.

3. Terms & Conditions of Post-course Survey

1. The Promoter: This promotion is conducted by academyEX in association with the ASB × Xero AI Bootcamp.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the prize draw, you must:

● Be a successfully registered participant of the ASB × Xero AI Bootcamp.
● Completed the Foundational Course and attended more than 3 Bootcamp events
● Complete and submit the official Post-Course Survey in full.

3. The Prize: The prize consists of one (1) of ten (10) $100 NZD Prezzy Cards.

4. Promotion Period: The draw is open from July 5th and closes at 11:59 PM on August 28th.

5. The Draw:   The winner will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on or before September 11th. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration.

6. Prize Conditions:
● The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
● If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, academyEX reserves the right to redraw the prize.
● Prezzy Card standard terms and conditions apply to the use of the card.

7. Privacy: Information collected through the survey will be handled in accordance with the Programme Privacy Policy. Your survey responses will be used to improve the Programme experience and will not affect your status in the Bootcamp.

8. Variation: academyEX reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
